I have dealt with a lot of Realator’s in the past and he was one of the best. There was no pressure and everything went so smoothly. I’ve worked with a few realtors as I was looking to buy from South Carolina to Delaware. Bobby Ward was by far the best. We first talked over the phone. He was able to understand our needs and then helped to set up a 1 full day hunt for the perfect home. ( We only had 1 day for this trip, though he stated he would be available whenever we could arrange another trip). From day 1, he made himself available day and night and assisted w every part of the process thereafter. Meeting with sellers, Bobby asked questions I didn’t know I needed to ask, he recommended things, followed up w the builder/sellers, helped with any hiccups along the way and most importantly, he was able to relate with me and my family, in a caring, calming, and friendly way. Several of our friends will be connecting with him. That says it all. We thank Bobby for his support and guidance in making our home buying experience as stressfree as possible.
