Within a week of being recommended to Robert Walkowicz, he emailed my husband and me and scheduled a meet and greet. My husband and I were relocating to Loveland from Arizona. Robert listened to what we were looking for and informed us about the Loveland/Fort Collins area. Once we were ready to start looking at houses, Robert sent us houses within our price range and in the areas we desired. When looking at different homes, Robert was flexible with our schedule. He was especially knowledgeable about the different communities and about the homes. He would point out different issues, like foundation concerns, space, and distance from certain disturbances. Because of this my husband and I were able to find our perfect home. We loved that Robert was at our closing. It just made it that much more special.

My husband and I are recent empty nesters and wanted to finally fulfill our dream of moving to west from the east coast. We were 80% sure that we wanted to move to either Loveland or Fort Collins but decided to come to the area to house shop and learn about both communities. During our trip, he showed us a curated list of homes, recommended local restaurants, and other “must sees.” He went out of his way to ensure we should not feel pressure to put an offer on any homes. In fact, after seeing all the homes throughout Fort Collins/Loveland he said that it looked like we still hadn’t found what we were looking for and we all agreed that he understood our wishes completely and we trusted that he could help us find one. So, we left his office with no pressure on us to put an offer during that trip. But, after we had some time to reflect, we decided we should park in front of the house that Robert felt had the most potential for my architect/very handy husband because of its great location, etc. We walked around the neighborhood, found the tree lined bike path and walked to a grocery store. Sold! Robert had listened carefully on our first meeting and knew walkability was high on our list. We start our drive from Virginia to Fort Collins Monday! Thank you, Robert!
