The way that I approached selling my house was merely just tapping into the market to see what it was about. In other words, I did not really have a true intention of selling my house. At first, I was not really serious but after the first day of listing my house..........Robert approached me with at least 3 offers and over 10 viewings. I was shocked at the news and continued on with the viewing. Other than being inconvenienced by a few hours of having my house viewed (which was expected) I began to get additional offers before settling on an offer and had a closing date in two weeks.
