Robert was an excellent resource in helping me get my home listed for sale. I had some renovations that I needed to do before listing and Robert was able to provide excellent references for a variety of services. After resolving the renovations, Robert helped me narrow down the asking price I wanted to list at. Even though we were well above the asking price of the area, the improvements and lot size were enough to secure many showings over the listing period. Robert was available to meet me at the house to help answer questions with the various renovations contractors. I had a very hands-off experience which was excellent!
