Working with Rob was an amazingly stress-free experience, and he got us a great deal on our new home. He negotiated to have the previous tenants leave their appliances, as well as cover closing costs, which has really helped my wife and I get off on the right foot!

Even in this crazy market and our limited time frame to find a home due to a job relocation, Rob helped us secure the house we wanted with ease and made the process enjoyable. ROB IS THE BEST. He is a wonderful realtor and a genuinely nice person! You won’t regret working with him. Here are some details about our experience so that others can make a smart decision, like we did! We looked for a little over a month with Rob. He found us so many places we liked and made offers on a few of them. He was extremely good at arranging appointments in an order that made sense and saved us all time while looking. His communication skills are fantastic, not just with us, but with realtors, lenders, escrow, etc. After missing out on places because of other people making ridiculous offers, we started to feel discouraged. Rob assured us that he would get us the right place soon and kept us positive. Next thing you know, we find another house we love and put an offer in. Rob got our offer accepted for only 6k over listing without removing the appraisal contingency!!!During the time we were buying, this was unprecedented. Homes were selling for around 50k over list with appraisal contingencies removed… I truly believe that no other realtor could have done what he did during this covid craziness. After the offer was accepted it was smooth sailing. Rob made everything so easy and really took care of us. We hardly had to do anything other than thoroughly read and sign documents. Rob literally did the rest. Thanks so much Rob!

10/10 would recommend our realtor, Rob Vollmer, to anyone buying or selling in the San Diego area!! My husband and I were first time home buyers looking for a move-in ready, single family home during the pandemic. What we thought was going to be a long and stressful process was made quick and easy by Rob. Our timeline was shorter than usual because we have a baby on the way and needed to move in with time to prepare. We appreciate clear communication and Rob delivered! He prepared us for the entire home buying process and managed all our expectations. When we found the house we now call home, Rob was able to secure the very first showing of the property. He then worked diligently with us to submit a strong and strategic offer. The home had 100 showings and received 20 offers, including ours...having our offer accepted felt like a long shot. Rob’s hard work, experience, excellent communication, and relationship building skills led to our offer being accepted!! He made it happen for our family and he will make it happen for yours! We were lucky to find Rob as our realtor. We were referred to him by my coworker. We are second time homebuyers. Our first time being in Wisconsin, and the process in California was different and Rob did a good job of making sure we knew what was going on throughout the entire process. We were relocating from they Bay Area to SoCal, and while normally you meet with your realtor often, since it was during Covid, it was unlikely we would have been able to meet with him often anyways. So we didn't feel like we missed out on much. Fortunately for us, the first house we toured virtually and eventually in person, was our dream house, and Rob did everything to ensure we got it. Our house was only on the market for 11 days when we saw it on Zillow, and we wanted to jump on it right away. He gave the sellers our offer and they said they'd accept it, but they wanted us to see it in person first before an official offer was made. We went the next week to see it and our offer was accepted the same day! From there on out, there was just constant communication about where we were in the process, and what we needed to sign. Since we weren't first time homebuyers, we didn't have any options to help with our down payment, and he made our offer to help us have a minimal down payment while still making it a win win for us and the seller. Throughout the process we met Rob when he drove 2 hours for the in person tour, and he was so kind as to go back right before closing to do the final walk-through and show us via facetime all the repairs that were done that we asked for. We really appreciated that, since we lived 7+ hours away from the house.

My lease was ending and I was in a hurry to find a new place closer to work, but I was having a very tough time finding something in the right area that both worked within my budget and met all my needs. Within a few days of reaching out to Rob, I was signing the lease on the perfect condo, close to work and with all the accommodations I had been looking for. Hunting for a new place is always stressful, but Rob's help made it all very smooth and easy. Highly recommended!
