Rob was our agent when we purchased our home in Delray Beach. We looked at approximately 20 homes with Rob. He was very helpful in looking at details of the home, pointing out issues that we did not notice. These included sub-standard renovations, window quality, and pool quality. While under contract, the home inspector found an important issue that needed to be repaired. Rob worked with the homeowner and her agent to negotiate a solution that saved the deal.
