After a brief email, Rob set up time to visit property and came with information about sales in the area, similar homes and strategy to sell home. This was a full year prior to putting the home up for sale. When time came to put home on the market, there was a full plan in place with timelines. What to complete on the both the exterior and interior of the structure, how to stage home and how to prepare for showings. Rob made it very clear what to worry about and what to not be overly concerned about. At time to decide price, a couple options were presented and I went with his recommendation. Always available, always got back to me quickly, and was always on top of the sale. Would inform me of how many showings, who was serious, hurdles on the buyers end as well as which would be most fruitful for our situation. In short, I honestly don’t think you can do better. I 100% recommend Rob. His only goal is to get you as much for your property as possible and as quickly as possible. I’m my opinion, if you don’t at least include Rob on your short list you are making a mistake.
