Robert was a huge help during this process! He made all of the arrangements to view the properties we were interested in. When we chose a property, he handled all of the communication between us and the seller including counter offers and any other questions we had. He also provided his lists of reputable Home inspectors and Title companies. This was a huge help since it saved us a lot of time in having to find them ourselves. Robert communicated directly with our Lender which helped a lot because trying to make sure everyone is on the same page can be very stressful.
