I would highly recommend Robert if you need a real estate agent to sell or purchase a home. Robert always responds promptly to anything you need. He is dedicated, kind, and especially patient. It was nice working with him.

I have worked with Robert on the purchase of a home and then the sale of the home. In both instances I was living in a different state so all work was done remotely. During the initial build of the home Robert attended inspections in my absence and I was confident he would represent our interest with the builder. The closing occurred without a hitch. When selling the home he was thorough in walking me through all the things we would need to do to sell quickly. Again the whole process went smoothly and the home was under contract within a week and closed 5 weeks later. With any real estate transaction communication with the agent is crucial. Robert was prompt in answering any of my questions. He anticipated any potential pitfalls and presented solutions to them.
