Robert was such a pleasure to deal with in both my home purchase and previous home sale. The relationship that was developed over the past year working with each other has made us lifelong friends. Without a agent that was totally involved with the day to day progress of a new home build was very crucial in keeping the homebuilder honest and on tract. I highly recommend having a realtor like Rob for any home purchase especially a new build where most people think an agent is not needed.
