Our experience with Robert "Bob" Steigerwald has been very pleasant, positive and professional.
From the beginning of our association, we knew Bob was extremely knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the housing market in the Naples area. Within two days of signing with Bob, we had a very successful open house which resulted in our condo being under contact the next day. After the home inspection, a few things needed to be addressed and Bob was always there to meet the repair person and oversee any and all repairs. This was a great help as we are 1,200 miles away. If and when we buy another property or have friends who are looking to buy or sell in the Southwest Florida area, we will use and highly recommend Robert "Bob" Steigerwald without hesitation.
