I recently purchase a home in the Villages with the assistance of Robert Spanks as my realtor. While watching the listings he found a home with everything I wanted. Being in Boston, he kept in constant communication providing pictures, floor plans, a FaceTime walk thru, cost analysis and details info regarding all the ins and outs of purchasing a home in the villages. He provided a list of vendors for everything from landscaping to golf cart repairs. He was present for my inspection and followed through concerning necessary repairs.
