My husband and I were in search to buy our first home, and before we met Robert, we had been looking for 2 1/2 years and after working with 3 different realtors, we were beginning to lose hope in ever finding the perfect home for our little family, everything they seemed to show us was either in horrible Condition/major repairs needed or out of our desired area/out of budget.<br/><br/> Then, we met Robert, Just by coincidence, we saw one of his listings that we were interested in, although he told us it was sold, he assured us he could help us find something similar, but our experience with Robert was much more than we expected. He is such a pleasant, easy going person, who knows exactly what he is doing. He was an expert in our desired area, knew it like the back of his hand, and informed us of everything we needed to know, even what to look out for. The fist time we met we told him everything we were looking for in a home, and he is such a great listener because we never had to tell him again, he worked around our busy schedule and only showed us homes that met our needs, every time we met it seemed like we were a little closer to find our home, and literally three weeks after meeting him he found us our perfect home and never let us settle for less. Down to the very end he negotiated the best deal possible, getting the sellers to pay for some closing, which was not easy, as we had already pushed it on the purchase price, but we trusted him, and somehow he managed to do it. It will be 2 years this October since we purchased our home and we couldn't be happier and more grateful to Robert Serbin for all his help, patience and expertise. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a realtor who's main priority is his clients satisfaction. You cannot go wrong with him, he IS the best!

I had been working with another realtor for 6 years and I was never even close to purchasing a home, I met Rob and all he asked me for was three months. My husband and I decided to give him a try, low and behold in one month yes one month Rob got me the best house on the market. Rob is knowledgeable, trustworthy and always has a smile on his face, if he says he can its because he can.
