Excellent agent, calm under pressure

We handed Robert a very tricky situation and he navigated it with expertise. Nothing about our home purchase was typical; I live out of state, the seller did not use a seller's agent, the home had existing tenants in it, and the home was off market. Through all of the challenges, Robert was there to answer questions and provide guidance. He acted calmly and thoughtfully while negotiating with the seller and was able to get all of our post inspection requests fulfilled. As our closing date approached he was available for texts and calls on evenings and weekends. I highly recommend working with Robert, he is honest and attentive at every turn.
