Mr. Rosenthal was excellent in helping with finding me a affordable and nice apartment to rent. He was very punctual when we had an appointment for a viewing, and was very friendly and welcoming. I did not feel intimidated or pressured, it almost felt like I was talking with a family member or someone I already knew as he seems to have the best intentions at heart. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is searching for a place to call home. Thanks so much for such a great experience in finding my first apartment!

I contacted Robert in an effort to secure reasonably priced apartments in the Atlantic City area. Understanding a credit check and income review would be required, I spoke to him regarding my brother's current situation and the fact he does not have enough credit at 48 to obtain a score per my review of his credit report this morning. We can confirm his income (it is fixed), his timeliness to pay rent from former landlords and I am willing to provide a notorized letter describing my assistance in subsidizing his income for any further needs. For all other realtors I spoke to today, this would suffice and they were more than willing to work with me and to contact the owners of properties for exceptions. In most cases exceptions were received and I am grateful for these options. Long story short, Robert was not at all willing to work with me in an less than favorable economy in Atlantic City. It's a shame some people just have no customer service or heart. Sometimes stepping back and taking a moment to explore all options is enough and would have warranted a positive review, instead he seemed selfish and driven to adhere to a standard. Challenging the status quo goes a long way and results could have been in both our interests.
