I can't thank Rob and his team enough for their help and knowledge in navigating buying a new house and helping us renovate it to be our dream house. Rob was very patience and super helpful in guiding us to the best decision as we changed our minds a few times on what exactly we want in a house. Once we closed on our house, Rob was immediately able to start renovating (which we did our floors and bathrooms). He was very informative on helping us pick out quality tiles, flooring, appliances, etc that fit into our budget. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend

He beautifully remodeled the house, agreed to little changes we requested, responded quickly to every issue and provided insightful comments on the home and neighborhood. We quickly agreed on the price and closed the sale in record time even during the pandemic.
