Robert was truly one of a kind to work with. Our new construction process was a long 7 and a half months and Robert was the very best at getting the process started for us, keeping us informed and level headed through the process, right up to the very end! We have tried the house buying process in the past and every time was a nightmare we were convinced buying a house was not for us we would be renting for forever and then we met Robert who was absolute amazing. We told him what our situation was what we wanted and he jumped right in head first set up a game plan and we were under contract for our house within a month of first meeting him! Like HOW?!! He broke everything down for us and he knew this was our first how we didn’t know where to start, what to do, where to look nothing we just knew we wanted a nice house for our family and Robert found us the nicest neighborhood a brand new construction house and literally held our hand through the full 7 and a half months he did not throw us to the wolves to figure it out on our own he was on every email every call texting following up doing whatever he needed to do to make sure we knew what to expect what was happening. Closing he was right there through signing made sure we knew what we were signing at all times explained everything we didn’t know or understand, he showed up to walk thrus if the house helped us look for errors and gave pointers. After we closed he followed up still to make sure everything was going great with the house etc reminders to do certain things he was amazing! Not only a realtor but a lifetime friend.
