Robert was able to get me the highest price for a 1 BR unit that the building has seen in some time. He advised me on what inexpensive cosmetic improvements I could to to make the place shine. Those minor improvements cost me less than $1,000 and I was able to achieve a sales price that was $15,000 higher than other sales in the building around that time.
