Bob Platte is the best!
Bob stayed on top of every detail. This was particularly important because some issues arose that were complicated and involved unresponsive and/or recalcitrant players. Bob knows his stuff, communicates clearly and in a timely manner. I trusted him when I purchased the unit over a decade ago and he did not disappoint as my agent in the process of selling the unit.
