I first met Bob Phirsichbaum 12 years ago when I purchased my first home. Bob has a great deal of experience and is extremely knowledgeable. Since it was my first home buying experience I was obviously quite nervous. Bob is so personable and kind, he took the time to explain everything to me, answered all my questions, and made me feel very comfortable. He was prompt to return phone calls and keep appointments.
