Bob Perdue was a pleasure to work with. He is very matter-of-fact, easy-going, and squared away. During our first meeting he toured the property, gave his recommendations for cost-effective improvements to get the best sale price, and came prepared with the history of comparable sales in the area. He established a timeframe for listing with us, and kept abreast of our timing and progress. When we were ready to list, Bob helped us to arrive at a fair price, arranged the photos, and published the listing. He made himself available to answer any potential buyer questions, solicited feedback from all of the realtors who showed the property, and handled open houses. We accepted a very good offer in a week and a half. Bob guided us through the home inspection, pest inspection, and went with us to the closing. Everything was well done, on time, very professional, and we have no complaints. Highly recommend!

In addition to helping me buy a home this year, I worked with Bob to find the previous place I rented. He helped us quickly find a wonderful home, quickly and under-budget. He was also a terrific help in pointing out how features of houses would impact the amount of upkeep needed.
