Robert knocked our home sale out of the park. I've been in the real estate business for a couple of decades and I was continually impressed with Robert's guidance, professionalism and marketing. It's very different selling your own home even if you've done it professionally clients in the past. We were moving out of state and had less than a week's time to get our house listed for sale in the Todd Creek area. Robert was up to the task, and within a few days had photographers at our house, and had it listed shortly thereafter. The photos and video made me want to buy my own house, they were that good. There were two other homes in our neighborhood that got listed at the same time, and after a couple open houses and a handful of showings, we had 3 offers by the end of that first weekend. Neither of the other homes had the same results. Robert also communicated with our agent in our new state and made sure all was coordinated between the sale in CO and the purchase there. I would not hesitate to hire Robert again to sell or buy a home in Colorado, and you shouldn't either!
He is very knowledgeable! I could talk with him about any worries I had about the process and he was always ready to answer any questions. Made the whole process very nice! This is the guy you want to help you buy or sell a house! 10/10 would use him again!
