We can't say enough about our wonderful experience with Bob Pace. Before we put our home on the market, our daughter and I met Bob at one of his open houses. We were instantly impressed by his professionalism, friendliness and style. When we found the home we decided to buy, we contacted Bob to list our other home. Bob was the agent for the house I purchased almost 17 years ago. He made looking for the right home a breeze listening carefully to understand the characteristics and price target I needed. He never took me to something that did not fit my request or budget and was never pushy. He offering details for my information and never pressured me. I was so pleased to work with him that I asked him to be my agent to sell nearby investment property of mine and then just this year, he sold the house I bought from him those 17 years ago. I never imagined using anyone else. In the distant past, I can recall real estate professionals who would show me places that did not fit my needs and were nowhere near my price target.
