Recently, I purchased a second home in the Tampa area. I entered the search process with a defined budget and property features required, but was quite uneducated of the various communities within the Tampa area. I met Robert O'Connor through a mutual acquaintance and am truly thankful for the recommendation. Robert took the time to get to know me, my needs, likes/dislikes, and leverage his knowledge of the area to quickly help me narrow in communities and homes that met my needs and interests. The combination of technology tools that Robert has available, in addition to the roster of great recommendations that Robert provided for loan processing, home inspection, and home improvements, greatly reduced the stress associated with the process, especially considering a very aggressive desire of the seller for a quick close (we went from offer acceptance to close in 27 days). We certainly encountered hardships along the way. HOA violations were assessed to the seller during the period between offer acceptance and close. Robert worked closely with the HOA and seller agent to ensure that the issues would be resolved. I would highly recommend using Robert for future home buying or selling needs.
