We were working with Robert and ready to buy a house through a builder. We had already given the builder a deposit but Robert wanted to make sure we got the most house for the money and spent his own time traveling out of the area we were looking in and found a home 500 sq feet bigger than the one we were going to buy. Robert was able to get our deposit back and negotiated a better deal for the new home he found. We couldnt be happier and ended up with a much better deal than what we thought we wanted.

Robert was very professional yet treated us like family. He was available to give practical suggestions on what we needed to do to make the property sell not only faster but also to get the most money. His terminology for having a small yard was 'low maintenance yard'. He was available for open house promptly n stayed until prospective buyers were completely satisfied with answers to any questions they might have.
