Bob was helpful
Bob was helpful when we needed pricing to repair items that came up in our inspection however it would have been nice if he coached us more when we were told there were multiple offers and they needed our final offer. We had no idea we could offer so much money over the highest offer with a maximum dollar amount on our offer. Because we didn't know that, I think we probably paid more than we needed to for the house.
