There are a lot of reviews that either tend to overdo it on giving 5 stars and others that go the opposite direction. For Robert I really believe he is 5 stars in all categories. I am hesitant in sharing this jewel in the rough as my wife and I want him to ourselves. n nSo you understand my perspective I have had the experience where realtors show signs of doing what's right in the buyer's interest, but they always fall down at the expense of wanting to close on their commission sooner, overcommitted with other clients, or really do not have the expertise and doing their job a part-time only. Out of 7 moves in the last 25 years spanning east coast to west coast as well as living internationally in Japan Robert truly dedicates himself to his client, is a fierce negotiator while still showing respect to the listing agent, limits the number of clients he takes on to give you the timely responses and answers you need, and goes above and beyond the house buying process. Robert was able to connect us with various carpenters and contractors who are now working on my house to make it ours. n nWhat came out of this relationship is not just a phenomenal real estate agent who I will use again, but a friend.
