Bobby is very proactive and enthusiastic. He got my condo sold within 3 months of listing with him. It had been for sell for over 5 years! He gave great advice, always looking out for my best interest. He also readily showed me properties I was interested in with little prior notice. When I found a property, he stayed on top of what I needed to do, brought documents to my door and far exceeded any realtor experience I have had in the past. I can’t say enough about him personally and his ultra strong work ethic that he credits to being an ex Marine. He is a realtor super star in my rating!

We had the good fortune to work with Robert (Bobby) on our recent purchase of a home in Laguna Vista. Bobby was great to work with. He was, as expected, knowledgeable about the area, houses, market conditions, etc. but really excelled in terms of the service he provided throughout the process and went above and beyond our expectations. Our situation was complicated (maybe they all are…., lol) but he successfully navigated us thru all the amendments, issues and last-minute curveballs (more than a few…). Since we weren’t familiar with the area, we relied on him to provide recommendations for surveyors, inspectors, attorneys etc. and he never steered us wrong. With neither side of the transaction present locally, good communication was critical, even while he was on vacation out of the country he made sure that he kept an eye on the details of the transaction and contacted us when needed. There were numerous times where Bobby volunteered to help us that went beyond what is typically expected and it made a lasting impression. We can’t recommend him more highly.
