Blew all our expectations away!!! Robert is the PLATINUM standard!

Coincidentally, we stayed in an Airbnb owned by Robert. His card was displayed on the table. As owning our own Airbnb has always been a dream of ours, we spontaneously emailed Robert to gain knowledge of the Beaufort market. Little did we know at the time, we couldn't have stumbled upon a more KNOWLEDGABLE and PROFESSIONAL realtor! Robert immediately responded and set up a Zoom call. Through every process in finding a home for a short-term rental in Beaufort, Robert demonstrated exemplary professionalism and supreme knowledge of the area and restrictions in place not only in Beaufort but all the surrounding areas, including all the neighborhoods in Beaufort County and Port Royal, guiding us through the maze of governmental limitations on STRs in that area. Robert's knowledge of the city's STR plan and restrictions even led us to avoid a VERY costly mistake of buying an STR without the ability to obtain a permit with the city, a mistake that could have been debilitating to our dream. Once we found that special home, Robert went to work on the negotiations as if it was his own property. His skills in advocating for us led us to buying that home much under the original listing price, saving us money!! BUT!! Robert didn't stop with just the sale and closing of the home; he's been instrumental in guiding us through initial steps of owning that Airbnb and certain issues to be cognizant of in the coastal area. We are incredibly grateful for Robert and his continued diligence in not only finding us a home, but guiding us through the process of actually getting up and running in that Airbnb. We are sure looking forward to many more transactions together!!!
