Professional with excellent follow thru

This is the 2nd time I’ve worked with Robert and when the need arises again, I will definitely reach out to him for his expertise. He cares about his clients and wants to make sure it is a good fit. He works diligently to quickly set up showings when a house becomes available, even before it hits the market at times. We even had a scenario where he took video of a new properly so I didn’t have to miss more work to run to a home that wouldn’t meet our needs. He also isn’t afraid to share any concerns he has just to make a sale, and will keep looking for the right home! His understanding of the market combined with years of historical events in the area are invaluable. We even had a scenario this time where there was something on the inspection not fixed properly. He immediately made calls, and saw things through to completion getting his own people on the problem to avoid any delays.
