We live in another state and needed a realtor. Robert was recommended and we started trading emails, calls, messages, and he started sending me listings. We were going to be in Spokane only for a few days later that year, so we needed to understand the neighborhoods to take advantage of those few days. We scheduled 2 days to look at homes. He was timely and we looked at several homes. We did find the perfect second home on the first day! After the sale, he continued to help us with the process of getting it ready to rent. We are looking forward to buying another home or two with Robert.
