I contacted Robert on Monday morning and asked to see 284 Kepp Rd property. We were able to see it on Tuesday morning along with a couple others just to see them. I made an offer Tuesday afternoon & they countered Wednesday closer to my offer with a deadline of 5 pm to accept. Which I did and now it is being renovated. Robert did a great job!
