Robert was absolutely lovely to work with. I contacted him because I was interested in a beautiful unit I found here on zillow. He responded very quickly to my email - within 30 minutes if I recall correctly. We sent up an appointment to view the initial apartment and he showed me set up an appointment to view another apartment as well. He was very attentive and listened to what I was looking for. Within one week of working with Robert, he showed me three different units. He was friendly, prompt and really worked to get me an apartment that worked for me. I ended up getting a unit with him and I am beyond pleased. It's a wonderful apartment and I'm excited to live there. I'm very thankful I was able to work with him throughout this process. I absolutely loathe apartment searching but he made the experience easy, exciting and even fun.
