Robert is fantastic! He has a wealth of knowledge about the local market and really listened to my needs and concerns when purchasing a house in this high priced market. He also has a network to make the buying process relatively quick, simple, & easy. Closed in 30 days without a ton of back and forth and negotiated a great deal for me at 2023 prices and always seemed to want the deal to happen over nickel and dining on his fees and commission! Not much more you can ask from a realtor. I look forward to purchasing my next house with Robert. With lots of horror stories out there and most of my friends often feeling ripped off by their realtors, I felt Robert more than earned his commission which was very fair and reasonable.
