Robert gave a few homes in the zip codes I was interested in moving too. I drove to a few to look. I called Robert with the ones I wanted to visit and he set appointments. I had visited the 3349 Woodtree Lane home and met the owner. She offered to let me see the yard because I have dogs. She showed me the garden and we picked a bag full of Blueberries. Robert and i returned a few days later and I loved the home the neighborhood and made an offer that day. The owner accepted the offer and the closing date was set. Robert was great the owners were great and it was so easy even in their odd market we have been experiencing. Thanks again SNAKE.

Despite the hot market, Robert was able to show us several houses that suited our needs. He got to know us and his knowledge of the area helped him tailor the search. Once we decided on a house, he was fast to act. We followed his advice on what to offer and we got the very first house we bid on! He did not show us houses outside our price range. and even steered us a way from some we thought we would like after getting to know us. Very helpful!
