I would give Bob martin 10 stars if I could!!! I met Bob Martin through a friend. I was telling him about the house in La Canada I grew up in and that my 95 year old father had passed. I felt responsible for renovating it prior to selling. Bob said he would be happy to help me with the house and handle the listing . I asked "Are you nuts, with traffic it's a nightmare". Without hesitation he said he didn't mind driving and would be happy to. Bob researched the market in the area, presented me with all the information.
