Bob Maes helped me sell a property that was part of an estate settlement. I never lived in the property and was handling the sale remotely. Bob served as my "boots on the ground" and made the sale process so much easier for me. Bob made all the arrangements to prepare the property for sale. He met with the workers at the property every day and sent me photos of the progress. He even did some of the finishing work himself when the workers got delayed and we needed to take photos of the unit for the listing. He arranged for cleaners and junk removal and took care of all the small repairs that were called for on the buyers inspection report. Most of the time he called me saying "I took care of this" instead of "We need to take care of this". I never had to visit the property once during the sale process. As I said earlier, Bob made my life a whole lot easier. Great service, great guy.
