Just bought a house and used Robert with MacLean Realty Group. He was fantastic from start to finish. Really went above and beyond to make sure that our needs and wants were conveyed to the listing agent, all the details were included in the contract. His negotiating skills are really good, he is a great problem solver and mediator between agents and owners, clients and lenders and even contractors that are inspecting the house. He has a keen knowledge for home repair as well so he was able to help us to identify possible issues and even made a trip to the city for us to get information on the property lines and possible RV access we wanted to put in. We had identified a crack in the foundation upon inspection and Robert was able to get a contractor out there the very next day to take a look at it for us. I can't recommend Robert enough really, you will not find a harder working agent.

This is the second home that Robert has sold for me. He sold my previous home in 2013. I must have been happy with him the first time to list with him again. One thing that really stands out about Robert is his professionalism. Everything about working with Robert is great. His understanding about market conditions, his ideas about how to prepare the home, his discussion with you regarding the right amount to price your home, the professionalism of the listing (professional photos and a 3D walk-through), and all of his communication with me from beginning to end. I saw all of this the first time he sold my home and the second time was as good or better. I could not recommend Robert more highly. Few things speak more about a person than your desire to work with them a second time. When it came time to sell our home I knew who we would be going with.
