Bob is a great Realtor. Worked hard to help us sell our house, going above and beyond the call of duty, always available to us for questions and concerns. He was always sure to note to potential buyers all the good features about the house. He brought in a lot of potential buyers, including a young couple that ultimately bought the house. The couple that purchased the house were really impressed with all the work done on the house to prepare it for sale.

We met Robert(Bob) at one of the Open Houses and since then, he started educating us about the Home Buying process and patiently helped us until we finally bought our home. I am impressed with Bob's professional attitude, timely response and knowledge about the process. As a First time home Buyer, he introduced us with lot of new terms, answered all of our questions and helped us buy our First home.

Bob Lewis had help me long ago on my first home. Years go by & kept in touch off and on, then he helped me again for my second home. Now with this recent sale of my property, Bob help with the staging, repairs to my house at a reasonable prices and he answer any questions I have. If I decide to sell my home, I definitely call Robert again.

We were looking for house in Niles and came across Aimee and Bob during one of open house. We were very impressed by their professionalism and knowledge about the local market. We went ahead with Bob & Aimee and not only bought a house but also engaged both of them again to sell our old house. Bob is very courteous and always be there when you need someone with local real estate knowledge to help or guide you through the process. Bob was there (voluntarily) when we had inspection or doing house improvements before selling, he always came up with good suggestions to improve house marketability, helped to make House Tour Facebook / Zillow video and worked diligently with Aimee to close the deal. I would highly recommend Bob to anyone who want to buy or sell house in Bay Area.
