We put our house on the market the day before we moved a thousand miles away. Not only did Bob take care of the house and all the details for the showings, his app allowed us to see every showing and the follow-up from the other realtors. During the time on the market, we also had to have a hot water heater replaced. He lined up the contractor and met them to have the work performed. I did not have to lift a finger. This was far beyond my expectations. Also, since our house was between to markets, Bob had it listed in both Cincinnati and Dayton. We had showings stacked one after the other and had our house sold @ full price within 14 days. I have dealt with many realtors over the years and have never had one as professional and well-rounded as Bob. I would recommend him to anyone in the market to sell or buy a home.
