My wife and I recently sold a townhouse and purchased a new home in Orlando, Fl in the Lake Nona community. Robert Larkan was our realtor and provided outstanding knowledge of the area and was willing to go out of his way on many occasions to help us find the perfect home. Also was very experienced in the construction of different kinds of homes in the all the communities around Orlando and was able to educate us on what to look for and what our future expediences might be. Not to mention he has been in the area for a number of years and was able to show us the communities that made it through the economical drought, and the homes that help there value.
