When our congregation found itself threatened with being evicted as part of an estate dispute including the building we were renting, we were in a hard place. We decided to see if we could purchase the building even though it was not listed for sale yet. We turned to Bob who had assisted us tin the sale of our former building a few years ago. Bob was able to reach out to the estate and help us negotiate a purchase. He was able to help us quickly come to agreement with the estate and kept us informed throughout the process.
