Probably one of the best experiences I've ever had with buying anything. Robert is the pinnacle of professionalism. He guided my wife and I through every facet of the home search and purchase process. It seems like it took us forever to find the house we wanted and Robert was supportive and patient throughout. And when we did find our dream home Robert guided through everything we needed to make the purchase happen (financing, inspections, paperwork dotting the i's and crossing the t's). If we ever need a realtor again (which we won't since Robert helped us find the perfect home) Robert Knight would be the only person we call!

Robert was not my first choice but he was my 4th choice. Turns out he was the best man for the job. It wasn't only the result but it was how he got the result. He listened to me and my needs. He advised and did not bully me. His finger was on the real estate pulse in my area. He did marketing that I never even heard of before. Most important for me was he communicated. I mean he communicated really well. He responded to emails, phone calls and most of the time he was the first to reach out to keep me up to date with the progress or lack thereof. Lastly after all was said and done he continually came by to check the status of the packing. He was a positive influence and reduced the stress incredibly in the sale of my home. I highly advise you call and talk to him. You should have a good sense of his ability and personality when you do this interview. I would have given him 5 stars even if the house did not sell. He really was on top of everything.

This was our second time to buy and we wanted to "downsize". Robert not only sold our house in Asheboro, but help us find the perfect Town home in Greensboro. Robert got our home sold in less than a month at the price we wanted. It took a little longer to find exactly what we wanted and Robert was patient and understanding . He was more concerned that we got just the right home and not just sell us something quickly that we probably would not have liked later on. He took the time to give us complete details on what, when, where and how. He shared great knowledge with us and we trusted his vase knowledge. He explained things on our level as real elate had changed greatly since we last bought a home over 25 years ago.

I knew Robert before requesting his services. Robert was always ready to help us find houses to consider, to gain access to the houses and help us with the closing process. We are very happy with the home that we have just purchased. I highly recommend Robert as your broker.
