Bob has a no pressure approach to selling. We just felt comfortable with him right away. He took time to explain everything and answered all of our concerns in a knowledgeable and friendly manner. He wrote a great description and took even greater pictures for the web site. Our house sold super fast for asking, we were very happy with Bob and the entire transaction.

I went through bob to buy my house initially, and he made the process so easy that we decided to work with him on the sale of that house (and purchase of a new one) as well. Just like the first time he was everything we could hope for in a realtor. House was sold in under a week for well over asking price, and he helped us find out new home and coordinated to make sure everything closed on the same day which was a huge burden off our shoulders. He always kept us in the loop with everything that was going on and kept our best interests at heart the entire way through. I will most definitely recommend Bob as a realtor to all my friends and family, with no intentions of going through anyone else when/if we upgrade.
