We were looking for a piece of investment property. The first realtor we contacted wouldn't even show us a house because we were not pre-approved. Rob came to our rescue! Rob was willing to show us a number of properties while we were being approved and helped us narrow down what we were looking for. Rob was always available, responded to texts promptly, and always did what he said he would do. Rob also recommended a financial team to get financing from, a team that, in his experience, would move faster than some of the typical banks. We went with Rob's recommendation and from requesting financing until closing on the property took only 8 weeks. We're very happy with partnering with Rob!
