Great experience working with Bob who was very knowledgeable and detail oriented.

Bob was great to work with. He recommended a mortgage rep to work with so that I could have an idea of what houses would be within my price range. He then sent me listings for all the houses in the area that met my criteria and we would go look at each one. Bob pointed out all the positive and negative things about each property and was also very knowledgeable about the area, local school districts, and nearby home values. After finding my house, he gave me a report showing the value of the home and reviewed the purchase agreement with me in great detail. He also recommended a home inspection and radon inspection which worked out great. After the inspections, the sellers installed a radon mitigation system at their expense. I've now been in this home for many years. It's been a great home and it was a fantastic buying experience working with Bob Katner. I felt that he provided a very personalized experience and was always available day or night with any questions or concerns I may have had. I would definitely recommend him and will be using him again in the future.
