Robert showed us couple similar properties in our area and what they had recently sold for in which we decided on a price to list our house we quickly had several offers. He then collected all of the offers and talked us through each offer and helped us compare them to then let us decide which to accept After accepting offer he dealt with scheduling inspection for when he knew we would be away from the house that way we didn’t have to interrupt our baby’s naps or our schedules

Robert is very well informed with Butte County, particularly with the Chico, Paradise, and Magalia area. He provided visible and hidden information about the different properties within my search parameters. After each site, he pointed out indications of proper maintenance of the properties, as well as improper maintenance, indicators of how the property was treated. Like a trusted auto mechanic who gave you all the vehicle data and a handshake deal to fix it right. After a property was selected, he was available nearly 24 hours a day to help keep moving the purchase procedure forward and providing appropriate advice. These include the contingencies from different inspections to make sure you are satisfied with the property. As the purchase progressed to the title portion, he kept everyone abreast of the different stages through signing and recording.

We live out of the area and Robert took care of our property while the house was for sale. This was a big relief knowing the house was in good hands. He went out of his way to make sure we had a smooth transaction and even repaired a broken sprikler for us when we couldn't find someone to fix it. Robert was always quick to respond and a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend him.
