My wife and I met Robert for the first time to view a home he had listed. We simply just went to look at the home without having the firm decision if we really wanted to sell our existing home. By the time we get to the home he had listed, there was already a potential offer on that home. This wasn’t a big deal to us since we weren’t in a hurry. We did end up asking Robert if he would be interested in listing our home and help us find something that we were looking for. The very next day we found a listing that had just went live and contacted Robert to go view it. We fell in love with the home immediately and wanted to make an offer. However, we were worried that this home would not stay on the market long enough to get our house prepared to list and sell. Thankfully, Robert was able to convince the seller to accept a contingent offer. So we quickly got our home, ready with his motivation and support pushing us. Once it was ready, the listing went live that morning, and we had the first viewing later in the day and that one viewing is all that it took. We sold our first in a day! Then managed to close on both homes in 3 weeks. I didn’t think it was gonna happen, but it most definitely did. Throughout the process, we did run into some challenges that Robert managed to take care for us and kept us assured that everything would work out, to which it did. He made the experience much more manageable. Had it not been for his leadership and my wife’s amazing organization skills, things would have been much more difficult as my work schedule suddenly demanded a ton of travel and full attention.
