Robert Hughes communicated quickly and helped me along the way, we buy a few properties a year and this was smooth sailing. We looked at a couple properties and found this one through his list he provided us, will use again if we buy in the area.

Robert did a fantastic job. He helped me negotiate a fair price. He also was available to do inspections and last minute fixes and more instructions. He was flexible and always answered me right a way no matter what day it was even the weekend. He also had to talk me off my ledge of panic and anxiety. All around working with Robert was a delight and he made it so I knew what was going on every step of the way.

He was very responsive and easy to work with. This was our first purchase and it was a lot easier than we thought it would be. He worked the other parties to get repairs done before we concluded the purchase, which we really appreciated.

Robert was better than awesome. With the screwy market, Robert worked with me for 8 months to find a house. He listened to what my partner and I were looking for AND adjusted his search when requirements changed due to having a parent live with us. He was the only agent I worked with who actively found properties for us instead of responding only to properties we found on Zillow. He knew the area and made appropriate recommendations not only when making offers (which fell through not to anything Robert did), but finding appropriate professionals (house inspector, attorney, etc.). He is personable, conducted Zoom and in-person tours with attention to detail, and I highly recommend Robert to anyone looking for property (house and/or land). (He even travelled outside his usual area to try and find a suitable house for us. In my experience, few agents make that extra effort.). My only regret was not being able to find a suitable house (screwy market) so Robert could obtain a decent commission. We ended up purchasing land, but will find a way to compensate Robert for all his hard work. He was able to negotiate a fair price for both seller and buyer and made sure to keep us updated as we moved from making an offer to closing. From start to finish, Robert was awesome and anyone selecting him to represent them will not be disappointed.

He was very responsive to messages and reached out to us throughout the buying process to make sure we were OK and things were going smooth. We would definitely recommend Robert to others.
