His assistance in picking a home and then helping me to stage and furnish it went way beyond what was required. He was willing to meet me to look at prospects, discuss pros and cons, make suggestions and listen to my point of view. He had many connections with people in the trade which aided the process. He was always interested in my ideas no matter how off subject they were. In short - yes I would recommend Robert Huffer to anyone looking to by a home in sw Florida.

Tony, and his wife Cheri, were super cheerful, knowledgeable, helpful, always encouraging, and went above and beyond. We ended up having to leave in a hurry, extremely exhausted,, and left some stuff there and Tony had it all cleaned up, and even mowed the lawn before we could take care of regular lawn mowing. They kept us updated with regular updates, took care of a lot of details so we did not have since we now lived quite a distance away. I definitely would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Top Notch. So is the Realty. There were some bumps and challenges ( no fault of the realty) along the way and the realty, Jan Fanstil, and the underwriters worked extra hard to get us through it all.
